Postage and Packaging:

 

Unless otherwise specified the cost of P&P to a location in the UK is included in the price of the item.

Expected delivery 2-3 days.

 

Postage & packaging outside of the UK is not included in the price - please contact RomsArt by using the contact form if you wish to purchase but have a postal address outside of the UK.

Payment is made online on the website by Paypal or card only.

Returns and refunds:

 

• If you wish to return an item please notify RomsArt by using the contact form within 7 days of receipt

• No credit will be issued without prior notification

• A refund or replacement will be issued on receipt if supplier is at fault

• Returned items will be refunded reasonable shipping costs if supplier is at fault

• If customer is at fault and supplier agrees to accept the return of any items, such agreement will be conditional on the items being returned to the supplier at the customer’s expense, unused and in first class condition, securely packaged together with written statement of the reason for the return
